Get fit at home with this simple and effective workout. All you need is a bit of floor space and some
basic equipment. Follow the exercise links on the right for a complete workout, or do the exercises
separately through out the day. Before starting the exercises, warm up by walking or moving around.
End your exercise session with a cool down and stretch.
