Monday:
AM: lower body weights
PM: short run

Tuesday:
AM: upper body weights
PM: step class

Wednesday:
AM: long run + plyometrics
PM: pilates

Thursday:
AM: lower body weights
PM: interval training

Friday:
AM: upper body weights
PM: -

Saturday:
AM or PM: long run + plyometrics

Sunday:
day off!
