Last chance for cardio! Run on one spot with your legs far apart. Lift your knees high in the air. For variety, shuffle your legs and move from one side of the room to the other.
Beginners: Go for 15-30 seconds
Intermediate: Go once for 15-45 seconds, then take a 20 second break and repeat
Advanced: Go once for 45-90 seconds, then take a 30 second break and repeat
