Push ups are perfect for developing fantastic looking arms. tart with your knees on the floor, hands slighly wider than shoulder width apart placed below
your shoulders, and back straight.
You can start on your feet instead of your knees to make this exercise more challenging. Lower
yourself towards the ground by bending your elbows. Keep your back straight and flat the entire
time.
Stop lowering yourself when you are a few inches off the floor. Pause for a few seconds at the bottom
of the exercise to make it more challenging. Return to the starting position keeping your back
flat. This is a great exercise involving many muscles of the upper body. Start with 5-10 pushups
and try to build up to as many as 50-100 push ups over several months. You can do a few pushups, take
a break, then do a few more.
