Tired of crunches? Try this great ab exercise. It will also tone your arms. To start, place your
hands directly under your shoulders, with your elbows very slightly bent. Rest your feet on the
exercise ball. Try not to let your hips sag towards
the ground or let them raise high up towards the ceiling. Keep your back flat and your body in one
line. Pressing your feet into the ball, bend your knees towards your chest. Breathe.
Finish the exercise when you feel your calves touching the back of your lower thighs.
Pause in the finish position for a second or two then slowly return
to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 10-20 times.
