Skate to increase your heart rate and build your cardio! Just jump from one foot to the other as if you were skating. Keep your arms in control. Remember to wear a good pair of running shoes.

Beginners: Skate once for 15-30 seconds
Intermediate: Skate once for 15-45 seconds, then take a 20 second break and repeat
Advanced: Skate once for 45-90 seconds, then take a 30 second break and repeat
